After casting this spell, if the caster says the word "die" while pointing an single index finger at a living organism, that being incurs a slight permanent wound. The wound takes the form of internal damage and is not noticable to an outside observer. In practical terms, four slight wounds are equivilant to a single minor (one degree) wound. The target of this spell will experience this as annoying in the extreme.
