Pretty simple.

For an average monster, just use the Abilities and Skills specified, modifying as needed.

If a monster isn’t too pathetic or too cool to be useful as a player character race, a set of racial multipliers are provided

use all the same rules as the Gygaxia manual specifies; add professions and background in the same ways.
