Spell Components
- A pound of rich loamy topsoil, potting soil or peat moss must be packed - lightly but firmly - around the base of the plant.
Limitations and Notes:
- Spell may not be dropped.
- Doesn’t work on dryads, as they are not plants, just plantlike.
- * Single-celled, primitive or tiny water plants; algae, mushrooms, duckweed.
- † Magical plants / herbs accelerated in this way will:
- only have 1/3 effectiveness
- not bear viable seeds
- vegetatively propagate
- †† Some plants do not have a “end size”, like kudzu. This could be highly funny / dangerous.
- ‡ Intelligent plants get a +4 to their resilience (body) checks. Not to mention you'd have to get them to stand still while you sprinkled dirt on their feet.
