Kohm Plains

The Kohm Plains are fairly featureless and unpolluted. Though Toswald is increasingly being developed, this area remains largely unexploited. The plains are too dusty and infertile to interest farmers and too dull to attract castle and dungeon developers. Even Toswald's program for motivating citizens to take up a nomadic lifestyle has proved largely unsuccessful, although a few enterprising individuals who took advantage of the tax breaks on camel maintenance do inhabit the area. These people are largely ignorant of the nomadic lifestyle, however, and usually have side jobs in small towns to get by. The plain’s main inhabitants remain the herds of buffalemon and countless glittergophers (the latter of which thrive on shiny things brought by travelers). The plains are not difficult to pass through unless the traveler has a problem with dull scenery, or is trying to bring a conspicuous amount of currency through.
