Hobsbaum

Hobsbaum is one of the smallest of the City-States of Quashtiree, with little in the way of armies. What they do have are an unusually large number of wizards, with which they attack other countries. The Hobsbaum ruler, Kindlezort the Old, is usually able to make up for her somewhat limited quantity of troops with her strategic ability and sheer orneriness. Hobsbaum is the only known Cronocracy, or government by an old crone, on the continent.
