Dyrol

Of all the City-States of Quashtiree, Dyrol has the most plentiful natural resources. Everything from trees to cattle to precious minerals can be found within its borders in plentiful quantities. Unfortunately, however, the area is also popular among different kinds of dragons, so the Dyrol government must devote large quantities of its resources to holding its own against these beasts. Furthermore, the Dyrol government spontaneously attacks nearby city-states frequently and with minimal strategic thought, so it usually negates any advantage which might otherwise have been afforded by the region’s vast resources.
